Day-of registration ($30) will happen the morning of Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 7:45am.

Food Options

Don’t want to pack a lunch? Or don’t want to pay for Ubereats delivery fees? We’re serving food! Players have the option to add a meal plan to their registration. The $40 fee covers breakfast, lunch and dinner on the day of the tournament (Saturday, June 15, 2019), and breakfast the next day. Meals on the menu will be announced by June 3, and will be available for preorder until June 7.

In your registration, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food preferences, and we’ll accommodate them!

If you are only interested in certain specific meals, there is an option to get them individually with your registration.

Housing

Camping is available FREE on site. Show up Friday night and pitch your tent for the weekend!

We ask that players traveling within the province for the tournament arrange with their friends to sort out their camping and sleeping arrangements. If you need help, or are flying in for the tournament, we’re more than happy to help hook you up with some tents! Get in touch with us at edmontonaurors@gmail.com.

Camping is not mandatory. Players not staying on-site are responsible for making alternate arrangements.
